| CANADA WAS SO MUCH FUN! i was there for 2 weeks. it was amazing! these are things i have learned and observed:
1. a lot of public restrooms don't have toilet seat covers. "pop that squat" lol
2. they call their public restrooms "Washrooms", in comparison to the philippines (the CR aka comfort room) and us, "the restrooms."
3. 98 year old women can be strong, witty, smart, and cute.
4. canadians DO say "eh" and say "sorry" and "about" with an accent. cool.
5. this winter was their mildest winter (we landed and there was NO SNOW).
6. "black ice" is not cool and not safe. neither is "freezing rain."
7. asian hairstylist cut vertically. o, you get a head massage when they wash your hair!!! and it's CHEAP!
8. getting brokeback mtn, geisha, the matador, walk the line, saw 2, aeon flux, and syrianna was so worth the trip. lol
9. downtown toronto is bad assssss! i'm so buying a condo there.
10. you can order alcoholic beverages IN your crepes! weird...but o so good with nutella and walnuts.
11. they buy their milk in BAGS! wtf?! lol
12. Canadians are FORCED to recycle. they won't pick up your trash if you don't. or they fine you. it only makes sense!!
13. not a lot of police presence.

| I got gear. starting my first season off right with the right stuff (thanks j!)! i got a snowboard, some burton cartel 05 bindings, a dope burton ak gortex jacket and pants. can't wait! i'm so scared and nervous. i'm excited, too. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee see you out in the snow! i haven't seen snow since i was 7! lol
